Adisyo Printer — Order Receipt & Cup Label Printing Platform

Writing the customer's name and order details on the cup has become a standard café experience — it prevents order mix-ups and speeds up handover. But Adisyo, a POS system widely used in Türkiye, had no cup label (sticker) printing: baristas wrote names by hand, and orders got mixed up at rush hour.

There was also no flexible tool for routing order receipts to kitchen and bar printers instantly, managing multiple printers from one place, or customizing receipt design per business.

A SaaS platform connecting directly to Adisyo's webhook infrastructure was built: the moment an order lands in Adisyo, the thermal printer produces the order receipt and the sticker printer produces a cup label with the customer's name — handwriting and mix-ups are gone.

A desktop Agent manages the printers; 58 mm, 80 mm and custom paper sizes are supported, and multiple printers run simultaneously. The receipt designer customizes logo, header, font size and paper width per business. Setup takes three steps: create an account → enter Adisyo API credentials and register the webhook → install the Agent. Offered as a subscription with a 10-day free trial.
