Which industries do your AI projects work for?
In repetitive, rule-based work: reading documents such as invoices, delivery notes and forms; assistants that answer customer questions; report and summary generation; robots that move data into accounting and ERP software. On the automation side, our invoice robot for the Luca accounting platform is in use at an accounting firm in Türkiye. Whatever the industry, we first map the current process, then decide together which steps benefit from automation or AI.
Why is there no AI demo on the homepage or service page?
Because AI projects are always built on a customer's operational data — showing a public demo would violate NDA and would not match your actual use case. In the free discovery call we talk through a possible solution for your process using a sample flow.
How is the privacy of our data protected?
Two options: (1) Data stays entirely on your server; we only integrate the model — no data is stored on our side. (2) For sensitive data, we deploy open-source models (Llama, Mistral) on your own machines — nothing leaves your environment. NDA + data-processing clauses are standard in our contracts.
Which models do you use? Do you train your own?
Depending on the use case: cloud — OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini; on-premise — Llama 3, Mistral, Qwen. Vision: CLIP/SAM. OCR: PaddleOCR/Tesseract. We do not train models from scratch — training consumes most of the budget and is rarely needed. We solve it with fine-tuning + RAG.
Does it integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. REST API, GraphQL, webhooks, or direct database connection — whichever fits your infrastructure. It can connect to ERPs (Logo, Netsis, Mikro, SAP), e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop) and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace workflows. Records are always written to an ERP through its official interface; direct database connections are for reading only.
What is the ongoing monthly cost of the AI engine after launch?
Two layers: (1) Model API consumption is billed by the cloud provider directly to your account — we are not a reseller and add no markup. The amount depends on usage volume. (2) Maintenance and improvements are covered by an optional maintenance contract (separate fee). In the discovery call we estimate a budget range based on your usage profile.
